This is a custom built trailer smoker by Horizon Mfg.

It has an 8' X 36" cooking chamber.

Features include aluminum wheels, polished trim, stainless pull out worktop,internal heat regulator and all the options Horizon Mfg offers. It also has a " Car Show" quality Ruby colored clear coated paint finish. It has been used 2 times by the Oklahoma Joe's All Stars and the Slaughterhouse Five cooking teams, since a complete factory update.

There is no better smoker for custom caterings or KCBS contest cooking than this unit.
