We opened The Kansas City BBQ Store with a goal to promote barbecue and "the barbecue lifestyle" to Kansas City and the entire country.  Our love of barbecue started over 17 years ago an has progressed from the competition barbecue circuit to the restaurant & catering business and now to The Kansas City BBQ Store.

The Kansas City BBQ Store is a collection of cookers, rubs, sauces & barbecue supplies from all over the world.  Many of the products stocked at the BBQ Store are made by good friends we've met over the years.   A variety of the products in the store are from successful competitors and restaurants.

There is a lot of history on the shelves and walls at The Kansas City BBQ Store.   Many of the sauces and rubs are from third and fourth generation barbecue families.  Their products help tell the story of barbecue's past and its regional differences.
