Chicken Wings Recipe

Loren cooked up two varieties of very delicious wings. Choose one to try at home, or better yet, make them both:

BBQ Wings:

Cover wings first with Simply Marvelous Sweet Seduction followed by Big Poppa Smokers Jallelujah Jalapeno Salt.

Flip and repeat on the other side, so wings are fully covered.

Cook the wings at 300° F for 45 minutes.

Check that they reach an internal temperature of 180° - 190° F, then remove from heat.

Baste with Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce, then serve.

Hot Wings:

Marinate in a 50/50 combination of Yoko's Marinade and Frank's Red Hot for at least 4 hours.

Cook the wings at 300° F for 45 minutes.

Check that they reach an internal temperature of 180° - 190° F, then remove from heat.

Pull from heat when ready and serve.
