Truly Great Rub for chicken

Got this one to use with chicken wings for a party - worked out great and got an amazing response. Yet just used this for a spatchcocked roasted chicken and it was even better. Gave the meat and skin an amazing hue and flavor that had just the right amount of spice and sweet. A new go to for poultry.
