From 40sum years of burning various cuts of meat on an oak fire, Lucky Sevens gets my 5 star rating. Not too salty, great garlic to various pepper combination, grilled meat gets a lovely exterior color upon completion. Rub it in, let the meat come to room temperature and head for the fire. Searing meat for that big pot of Chili? Don't forget the Lucky Sevens.
