Seafood Seasonings & Rubs
Seafood cooks fast, and it doesn’t hide behind a long marinade or an overnight brine. That means the seasoning you reach for has to earn its place in seconds, before the fillet hits the grate or the shrimp hit the skillet. This collection covers the rubs and blends built specifically for that job, light enough not to bury a delicate piece of fish, bold enough to hold up against char and smoke.
The range runs from bright, citrus-forward blends that work on salmon and snapper, to Cajun-leaning heat for shrimp boils and blackened redfish, to classic Old Bay style mixes for crab and crawfish.
