The Jerk is some good stuff! It will soon become your favorite Plowboys rub. Mix it in with fish fry for cat fish too! Great for wings, and excellent chicken rub all around. on Wings, apply a heavy coat, throw them on the smoker for about an hour and then finish over a hot grill to crisp the skin.
