What began as one local pit grew into something bigger, and when the opportunity came to take over The Kansas City BBQ Store from the former owners, the same folks behind the famous Joe's KC, we jumped on it. A store with that kind of pedigree doesn't come around twice.

Today we own the largest collection of barbecue rubs and sauces anywhere, shipping flavor from our family to backyards across the country. Everything we do still comes back to the same three things: Family. Freedom. BBQ.
