Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning

My Recipe for Dirty Rice:
This seasoning makes the best dirty rice.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Cup rice
1 Tablespoon Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning
2 Cups Chicken Stock

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Heat the stock in a saucepan.
3.In a flameproof casserole (or enameled cast iron dutch oven) cook the onion in the butter over moderately low heat, stirring until it is softened.
4.Add rice, and cook mixture stirring for 5 minutes.
5.Add Jim Baldridge's seasoning, cook the mixture stirring for 1 minute.
6.Stir in the heated stock.
7.Cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the rice is just tender.
8. Toss well & serve.

Or, Optionally: Cook rice according to directions on rice container, Over moderately low heat, brown 1/2 cup of sausage in skillet. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, and sauté until soft. Add 1 Tablespoon Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning stirring for 1 minute. Stir in cooked rice. Plate, and serve.

this has got to be the best ever seasoning, it is incredible and should be in every pantry, best steaks , chops, chicken when you use this product
