In-stock orders placed by 1 PM CST ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday go out the following Monday. Standard ground delivery typically lands within 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Yes — we offer UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Expedited orders placed by 1 PM CST ship the same business day; orders after that ship the next business day. Keep in mind UPS doesn't guarantee overnight delivery to every area, and carriers only count business days.

We do — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country, so please check your local regulations before ordering.

Not always. Some items ship directly from our partner brands' warehouses rather than our Kansas City location, so your order may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking. Some order swill need to be split pending on the size of the order. If tracking shows "label created" before a package moves, that's usually a package waiting on carrier pickup.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active before it starts updating.

Large grills and smokers ship freight on a pallet. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so don't plan to stay home until they've confirmed a time. Delivery includes complimentary lift gate service to your driveway or garage.

Local delivery is available and is to driveway or garage only on a lift gate provided.
