The Smoked Habanero BBQ Brine concentrate is a fiery cousin of the Apple Chipotle BBQ Bath. This brine is loaded with smoked habanero peppers, ancho chilies, onion, garlic, and balanced with the sweetness of apple juice. This brine puts a kick into your gameday wings, a serious depth of flavor into cops and loin, and fire into your favorite fajita meat. Designed to work perfectly with chicken, pork, and beef. This formula is all-natural, gluten-free, and fat-free. Just pour over the meat, and add 1 part of water for every 1 part of brine. We recommend approximately 1/2 Cup brine bath per 1 lb of meat.
