The Pro-Series High Temp 2.5-inch Straight Penetration Probe is a general purpose utility probe that is useful throughout the kitchen. Insert the reduced-tip penetration probe into chicken breasts, or loins to continuously monitor them as they cook. Good choice for threading through access holes in grill hoods.
