You can obtain that great savory flavor in every bite. Works on any cut of meat you want to cook.  Low and slow, hot and fast, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat, wild game, and even as a stir fry mixture. 

Our quick dissolving formula is easy mixing. For mixing use 1/2 cup of injection with 16oz of liquid. For marinating mix up 3/4 cup injection to 16oz water and let soak for 1 to 4 hours.
