If you need to infuse extra flavor (or a special kind of flavor) deep into your meat, you will have to go beyond rubs and marinades. The SpitJack Magnum Meat Injector Gun is the ultimate injector, capable of penetrating up to 5.5 inches. A patented dial lets you adjust the flow of the marinade or seasoning mix you are injecting from 1-5 ml. per shot—50ml (2 oz.) capacity.
The Magnum comes with two needles: one with a slanted, open-tip (for injecting a marinade that may contain small spice or herb particles) and the other with closed-end and side perforations (for liquid-only flavoring solutions). An optional 3/8" slanted open tip needle that can be used for injecting larger particles or solid pieces, and smaller, thinner gauge needles are also available at additional cost.
