Instructions: When wrapping brisket or other cuts of beef on the smoker, mix mop with one can (10 oz) beef consomme and pour onto the meat, wrapping tightly in foil to lock in the flavors. Once done cooking, mix with our Fountain City Sweet or Southern Belle sauces to taste and brush over your slices to provide a beefy kick to your brisket! With just one bottle of our BBQ brisket mop, you will have enough to season one full brisket. Not only that, but its rich flavor can elevate any meal, making it a staple in your kitchen.

Start with the protein. Beef loves coarse, pepper-forward rubs. Pork and chicken take well to sweeter, sugar-based blends. Fish and veggies want something lighter. Every product page tells you what the rub was built for, and if you're stuck between two, ask us. We cook with this stuff every weekend.

Unopened, most rubs hold peak flavor for about a year and sauces until the date on the bottle. Once opened, keep rubs sealed away from heat and humidity (not on the shelf above the grill) and refrigerate sauces after opening. If it still smells strong, it still cooks strong.
