On April 27th for our PITMASTER THURSDAYS series, we were lucky enough to get two pitmasters, each cooking up their own specialty. We had Rick Salmon of Smokin' Salmons putting his unique glaze on ribs cooked on a Gateway Drum Smoker, as well as Tom Elder of Hunka Hunka Burnin' Rub smoking some delicious pork belly on the new Weber Summit Charcoal Grill.
