For this week's PITMASTER THURSDAYS, we had our very own Dan Hathaway, pitmaster of Old Style BBQ, show us how to cook up some pork on the new Traeger Timberline Grill. He then turned that pork into some delicious Asian Pork Tacos, complete with a unique homemade slaw.

Asian Pork Tacos Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pork Butt or Pork Steaks
- Yoko’s Teriyaki Marinade
- Flour or corn tortillas
- 10oz package Angel Hair Slaw
- Juice from 2 limes
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 TBS Cilantro, chopped
- 4 TBS Thai Sweet Chile Sauce Finish
- Rice noodles
- Sriracha
Instructions:
Marinate pork in Yoko’s Teriyaki Marinade for 8-12 hours.Cook pork at 245° F for 8 - 10 hours until you reach an internal temperature of 200° F.
While you let the pork rest, make the slaw by combining angel hair slaw, lime juice, green onion, cilantro and Thai Sweet Chile Sauce Finish.
Slice and chop the pork into small pieces.
Place pork into tortilla of your choice. Top with slaw, rice noodles and Sriracha.
