This week's PITMASTER THURSDAYS brought us delicious pork tenderloin sliders by Randy Robinett, pitmaster of R Butts R Smokin'. He also shared his recipe for how to spice up your pickles.

Pork Tenderloin Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin
- R Butts R Smokin' Butt Kick'n Chicken Rub
- R Butts R Smokin' Beef Rub
Instructions:
Season the pork tenderloin with R Butts R Smokin' Butt Kick'n Chicken Rub along with a coat of R Butts R Smokin' Beef Rub.Allow rub to "sweat in", which takes about an hour.
Get grill to 450° F. Cook the pork tenderloin over direct coals, turning about every 5 - 8 minutes until the tenderloin reaches an eternal temp of 150° F.
Remove from heat and let the tenderloin rest for about 10 minutes.
Then, thinly slice the tenderloin in about 1/4 inch slices and place on a slider bun. Add pickles (recipe below) and your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy.
Sweet and Spicy Garlic Pickles
Ingredients:
- 16 oz jar of hamburger dill pickles
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp red pepper flake
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
Instructions:
Take the jar of hamburger dill pickles and drain the juice.Add 1 cup of sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flake.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Stir all ingredients together, mixing thoroughly, and then let it sit at room temp for about an hour. The juices should be clear after about an hour.
Stir again and place back in the jar the pickles came in and refrigerate.
Pickles will last about 2 weeks.
