Pitmaster Thursdays Recipe: Pork Tenderloin Tacos

This week's PITMASTER THURSDAYS event featured Donny Teel, pitmaster and owner of Buffalo's BBQ, all the way from Sperry, Oklahoma. He shared his knowledge on grilling pork tenderloins on a Weber Grill, which he then turned into some very tasty tacos, complete with his own homemade slaw and guacamole.

Pork Tenderloin Tacos Recipe


Ingredients:


Instructions:

Remove silver skin (membrane) from pork loins.

Rub with olive oil, apply a light to medium coat of Big Nasty's Pork Seasoning, then apply a medium coat of Head Country Original.

Let sit for 30 minutes.  

Apply to hot grill. Turn as needed and apply Butcher BBQ Chipotle Grilling Oil.

Cook to internal temp of 158° F.

Let rest 10 minutes and slice.

Place in tortilla and top with your favorite taco toppings.
