Description
Description
The Horizon 16” Classic Smoker features a compact design and robust construction. This offset smoker makes it easy for the backyard pitmaster to reach masterful levels of smoking to feed up to 40 people. The Classic Smoker can run as low as 160 degrees all the way up to 325 degrees for grilling. The offset design takes the fire out of the cooking chamber and moves it to the side allowing for flare-free cooking.
*ALL Horizon Smokers are made from new structural steel, 1/4" Pipe and offer a Lifetime Warranty against burnout.
Fully Welded Structural Steel
Horizon smokers are hand crafted out of structural grade steel which sets them apart from the smokers you get at the big box stores. The robust construction means that Horizon smokers can last a lifetime. Thicker steel holds heat better allowing for even cooking temperatures which are key to great smoked meat.
Multi Fuel Capability
The 16" Classic Smoker can burn just about any type of wood or charcoal. The offset firebox is large enough to accommodate small logs of your favorite wood. It can also burn any type of charcoal from lump to briquette combined with either lump hardwood or logs. Precise damper control makes it easy to regulate the temperature in the firebox and achieve the perfect blue smoke.

How does ordering work?
How does ordering work?
Order online and we reserve your cut from live inventory at the counter. It'll be ready for pickup within 4 hours during store hours, held under your name at whichever location has your cut in stock. You'll get a confirmation when it's ready.
Why pickup only?
Why pickup only?
Because these are premium cuts, and premium cuts deserve a cold chain we control from our cooler to your cooler. Reserving online and handing it to you in person means your Wagyu brisket or Duroc pork never spends a day riding in a truck. It's the same standard a good butcher keeps, and we're not bending it.
How long will you hold my order?
How long will you hold my order?
We'll hold your reserved cut for 4 days from your pickup-ready notification. Life happens, so if you need more time, call us and we'll work with you. Just don't leave a beautiful brisket waiting longer than it has to.
How should I store and prep my cut?
How should I store and prep my cut?
Cooking within a couple days? The fridge is fine. Longer than that, freeze it in the vacuum seal and thaw it in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours before the cook, never on the counter. And ask us at pickup how we'd cook it. You'll get seasoning, temp, and timing from somebody who's cooked that exact cut, free with every order.
