The 20" Horizon Ranger smoker features two smoking chambers; one large vertical chamber and one large horizontal chamber. The dual chamber design makes it the most versatile smoker in Horizon’s model lineup. The vertical chamber offers the same cooking space as the Horizon 20" smoker of 975 square inches and the horizontal chamber expands the total cooking area to over 1,200 square inches! The horizontal cooking chamber is perfect for cooking at up to 325 degrees and the horizontal chambers can roll low and slow at 160 degrees making it the perfect smoker for fish and cheese. The Horizons Ranger is the most versatile smoker that Horizon makes with dual-chamber construction and over 1,200 square inches of cooking space. Each smoker is fully welded and crafted from structural steel to ensure a lifetime of performance. The large offset firebox can burn a combination of fuel and is big enough to accommodate your favorite logs and enough fuel for extended run times. The Ranger can easily cook for a small family or up to 100 people if you’re feeling generous. The double damper system allows for precise temperature control from a low 160 degrees all the way up to 325 degrees for grilling. This is the perfect smoker for smoking fish, cheese, jerky, ham, pork butts, brisket – you name it!
