In all seriousness, Plowboys BBQ The Jerk rub has been the one rub we missed the most from Todd John's line-up. This is a reboot of a rub that is more than welcome to return to the line up! The Jerk is some good stuff! It will soon become your favorite Plowboys rub. Mix it in with fish fry for cat fish too! Great for wings, and excellent chicken rub all around. on Wings, apply a heavy coat, throw them on the smoker for about an hour and then finish over a hot grill to crisp the skin. Toss them in your favorite sauce and you got wings! The heat factor is there, but nothing too crazy, give this one a try today!

Salt, spices inlcuding chili pepper, dehydrated garlic and onion, lmeon and lime juice concentrate, citric acid, maltodextrin, natural flavor, extractives of paprika (color), natural hickory smoke flavor and not more than 2% calcium stearate added to prevent caking.
