Best BBQ in KC

I love BBQ and take part in it anytime I can. I went to KC on a business trip for 2 weeks. I ate at all the local joints and was disappointed until I hit SLAPS. The best BBQ in KC and some of the best I have ever eaten. Usually I am not a sauce guy, but I couldn't get enough of this. Amazing flavor and it will make you want 2nds.

Best sauce to toss hands down!

We visited there spot while in town for an overnight. Random pick and it turned out to be our favorite spot in the U.S. for BBQ! But we live 9 hrs away, so we order the sauce and use it here! We generally toss burnt ends, ribs and wings in it as well as mix it into pulled pork and drizzle it over fries. It does not last long and I sometimes hide the bottle to make sure it's there when I want some! I have sent this to friends all over the country as gifts and heard nothing but great things from them. I would love it if they made a thicker sauce so i could glaze with it to round out my grilled meats! Wink, wink.

Enhance the Flavor!!!

I prefer to use this as a dipping sauce to enhance the meat (pork & beef) after cooking. Is great as a soaking sauce for wings
